I own a seasonal beverage trailer that travels throughout the Shuswap and area serving shave ice with up to 20 different flavour profiles. For a healthier option, I also sell fruit smoothies, perfectly curated to maximize flavour without the guilt. I carry homemade fruit freezies for a quick snack and also candy.
