I was born in Trinidad, lived in Winnipeg for over 20 years and moved to Salmon Arm in 2018. My products are authentic Trinidadian inspired with lots of flavour. 

Herbaceous Fusion; can be used as a marinade, salad dressing dip, relish and add some to any dish for added flavour.

Zesty Hot Fusion; made with habanero peppers quite flavourful for the spicy lovers.

Sorrel; a tasty tropical fruit beverage with lots of medicinal benefits such as, immune boosting and cleansing of the liver and kidney.

Coconut Sweet bread; to enjoy as a snack or with your tea or coffee.

Aloo (potato) Pie; a tender fried dough with potato filling and served with tasty flavoured chickpea, and seasoned grated cucumbers.

Enjoy authentic, Trinidadian flavours without leaving the country.
